We started Enable Health Co to create a different kind of therapy experience that is flexible, approachable, and made for young people.
No clinical vibes, no stress. Just real support for mental health and independence, wherever it matters most to you.
We work with young people to support mental health, build life skills, and navigate life as a neurodivergent person.
Our approach is flexible, person-centred, and shaped around your goals, so you get the right support, in the way that works best for you.
Practical, personalised support to build skills, boost independence, and improve mental wellbeing.
Functional Capacity Assessments, Supported Independent Living Assessments & Sensory Assessments.
Movement support to improve physical health, build confidence, and take part in meaningful community activities.
Mental health occupational therapy sessions available under Medicare with a GP referral, delivered in the comfort of your home.
We’re a neurodiversity-affirming service that puts sensory needs, predictability, acceptance, communication, and empathy at the heart of everything we do.
We support young people across the Sunshine Coast with mental health occupational therapy, as well as movement and community access support.
Our mobile team travels as far north as Pomona, down the coast to Mooloolaba, and west to the M1 motorway boundary. We can meet you at home, school, or in the community, wherever suits you best.
Outside this area? No worries! We also offer flexible online appointments, so you can access support from wherever you are. Alternatively, you can meet us at a convenient location within our service region if you prefer in-person appointments.
Our central base is located in Noosaville, which is the starting point for calculating travel.
Check out what some of the young people and their support people we’ve worked with have to say about their experience with us!
